Policies & Terms

Define your rental policies and terms of service

Rental Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Original CNIC and photocopy
  • Security deposit as per vehicle category
  • Minimum age: 25 years

Terms & Conditions:

  • Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level
  • Late return charges apply after 2-hour grace period
  • Smoking and pets not allowed in vehicles
  • Customer responsible for traffic violations during rental period
  • Insurance coverage as per policy terms

Cancellation Terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup
  • No refund for cancellations within 12 hours
  • Emergency cancellations considered case by case

Damage & Insurance:

  • Customer liable for damages not covered by insurance
  • Minor scratches: ₨5,000 - ₨15,000
  • Major damages: As per workshop estimate
  • Total loss: Full vehicle value minus insurance coverage
  • Police report required for accidents
